You should be able to tell the difference between family and business. Never bring family issues to workplace solve them at home. It is imperative to keep proper records since it will tell you the direction the industry has taken. All records must be preserved, and no assumptions should be made. For anything that is not going as required there should be accountability. With proper records the business will be very successful.

 

 

Another thing is to avoid assuming things. When you anything that is not correct in the business you should not keep quiet. Not everybody knows how to differentiate between what is right and evil they need to be told. In case you notice things that are going well in the business as planned they should be rectified immediately.
